The fresh garlic and green pepper give this pâté a full taste. A stronger pâté while in mounth than the natural duck pâté, but so tasty ! Here is the first pâté that we made from the beginning of our workshop, in 1993 !
It has always been the “sure thing” and provide happiness of a lot of gourmet at the region fair, where we were every Sundays.
It has been tested and approved, we can still hear that in spite of the 15 other pâtés competition “this one is my favourite !”
Ingredients: Pork lean and grease, duck tenderloin 28,4%, milk, green pepper 2,3%, fresh garlic, salt, spices (including coriander), gelatin.
