Shallot pâté 200G
A succulent pâté based on chiken tenderloin higly-saesonned by the subtility of the tarragon, freshly added to the stuffing.
A pâté a bit under the smoked garlic thanks to the shallot softness, which the taste-feeling amateurs will enjoy !
This pâté is perfect at the end of the morning, for a tasting before the lunch and if you host some guest. The pot will appear very small!
To serve with a dry white wine or even with an aniseed apetizer, because it has enough body to defy some « hard » alcohol !
